- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

- To provide and maintain the TradeScript AI platform
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To improve our AI code generation models and service quality
- To communicate important updates about your account or our service

3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase with row-level security policies.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Application hosting
Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing data handling.
5. Your Generated Code
Trading scripts and code generated through our platform belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your generated code. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage patterns to improve our service but will never share your specific code with third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat sessions and generated code are stored to provide session history features. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

You have the right to:
