Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeScript AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeScript AI is an AI-powered trading script generation platform that creates PineScript v6 (TradingView), NinjaScript (NinjaTrader 8), and Python/Backtrader (TradeLocker Studio) code. The Service includes a code editor, AI chat assistant, code validation, and export capabilities.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Monthly Plans: Billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• One-Time Plans: Provide access for a fixed duration (3, 6, or 12 months) from the date of purchase. No recurring charges.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell generated code as a competing code generation service
• Abuse the AI generation system with excessive or malicious requests

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Code: You retain full ownership of all trading scripts and code generated using the Service. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated code.
• Our Platform: The TradeScript AI platform, including its design, features, AI models, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Trading Disclaimer

Important: TradeScript AI is a code generation tool, not a financial advisor.

• Generated trading scripts are provided "as-is" and are not financial advice
• You are solely responsible for testing, validating, and using any generated code
• Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results
• Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss
• We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of generated code

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeScript AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but you retain ownership of any code you previously generated and exported.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
